6. Estate Sale Purchases (All Sales Final)
All items purchased at our estate sales are sold “as-is” and “where-is.” We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect items before purchase.
7. Appointments & Cancellations
Consultations are by appointment. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
8. User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate information and to behave respectfully at physical sale locations. Any damage caused to property during a sale is the responsibility of the visitor.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, text, and images belonging to The Chifferobe, is our protected intellectual property and may not be used without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Chifferobe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the purchase of items at our sales.
